Launch of new community market - see Courier Press June 30, 2009.

Crown Primary School launched a new community market on Saturday, 27th June 2009.

There were stalls selling fresh vegetables from the REAL Food project.

home made cards, jewellery and home bakes.

The new venture is being run by the Crown Primary School and anyone from the community is invited to take part.

It will be held on the fourth Saturday of the month, except when the school is closed.

Funds from the market will go towards the school Eco Group.  To fund various projects including its own vegetable garden.
