- Can anything be personalised ?
We can pretty much personalise anything if the design allows it . If the item doesnt say its customisable, please contact us before purchase and we will see what we can do !
- Can I return an item if I don't like it ?
Unliked items are not usually accepted for a refund. We send out a proof with every item apart from ready made ones , to ensure you have approved the design, names, colours ect. By accepting the proof, you are accepting the order- so unless an item is faulty then no we do not accept unliked items.
- What is your return policy ?

Our policy on refunds and returns is as follows
Personalised items - unless damaged on arrival (photo proof required) will not be refunded - due to them being personalised , as i cannot resell them.
All other items can be refunded if faulty only.
if you require a refund please email us or use our contact page.
Photo proof is required before we accept the return. Buyer is to pay return postage , but all other costs will be refunded.
If we accept the item and deem it not faulty you can either
have the item returned to you (buyer pays postage)
Or accept a store credit to the value of your item
- Will you be having member discounts ect ?
We are a brand new business. So depending on how we do , we may introduce a members club, giving out discounts a free gifts for a monthly subscription
