Terms and Conditions

Feel free to Contact us if you have any questions about the details of your stay and if you find anything unclear. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change. We will make sure the latest version is always available on this page and through the booking process. You agree with our Terms and Conditions by using this website or making a booking.

COVID-19 notice for 2020 booking conditions

We have been following the government notices about the COVID-19 situation and will remain closed as long as advised to do so. We have updated our booking conditions to take into account these unusual circumstances.

We have opened our booking calendar for September and October this year. If government restrictions are lifted allowing us to open earlier and we feel it is safe to do so, we may open the calendar earlier.

If you book a holiday with us and government restrictions mean we are unable to honour the booking or you are unable to travel to us then we will offer a full refund including deposit. In other circumstances the usual booking conditions apply.

We have also adjusted our booking terms and conditions to reduce the upfront deposit and simplify things in the event of cancellations. We are requesting a £100 deposit to secure the caravan with the rest of the balance to be paid 14 days before check in.

Our caravans provide a stress free holiday where all cooking facilities provided and own transport is needed providing an easy socially distanced holiday enjoying the peace and quiet of the country side.

The accommodation will be thoroughly clean and disinfected between each stay We will maintain our high standards as always, with a special attention to the current situation requirements, and will make sure our cleaning staff are properly protected. We hope this provides the peace of mind to book and look forward to a holiday at Coulmore.

These guidelines override our usual booking conditions for the 2020 season.
