- How often are my windows cleaned.
You can opt for once a week, fortnight or monthly.
- What day are my windows cleaned.
We try & keep to the same day each time (weather dependant). We will send a text message the day before if you prefer so that you know when we will arrive.
- Do I have to be in on the day of cleaning.
No, if we are cleaning the rear windows we can use our 2 section ladders to safely enter over gates fences, or will pre arrange access with you.
- How do I pay you.
You can pay cash on the day, after we've cleaned your windows & if you're out we'll leave a reminder card. You can pay online via bank transfer using our bank account number & sort code details.
You may prefer to set up a Standing Order on a monthly basis, or we may ask you to leave payment in a secure designated area for us to collect.
- Do you clean insides of windows.
Yes we do, we will ask that all window sills are cleared for free access.
- What if I'm not happy with your cleaning.
Please contact us & we will return to re-clean.
- How can I contact you.
We can be contacted via our mobile or email, both of which are on our website. We will contact you at our earliest time slot.
- Do you use the water fed pole system.
At present we use the traditional 3 stage method of hot soap wash, squeegee & scrim cloth removal of water from the lower frame. The water fed pole system does not use soap or allow the water to be wiped from the glass, therefore leaving dried water marks on the glass.
- I'm worried about damage from your ladders to my window frames.
Our ladders are fitted with rubber protection pads & will not cause any damage.
- What if it's raining on the day of cleaning.
We won't clean if it's raining heavily, if it's only a shower we will wait a short time until it stops.
- Do you clean gutters, sofits, patios & solar panels.
At present we only clean windows.
