Cfs/ME what is it?
Well, I'm sure most of us know what it it is, but for those who don't, here is a brief idea what Cfs/ME is.
Cfs/ME I would describe as extreme fatigue and many people think your tired and suggest you go to bed, but this makes none or very little difference, Cfs/ME effects may people in different ways, some people have headaches, sore throat, extreme fatigue, muscle pain, nerve pain, lack of concentration, brain fog and various other symptoms depending on the person.
Brain fog I find very difficult to explain but here goes; In my opinion I would describe brain fog as a state where the patient is in the room physicaly but mentally in a fog, therefore concentration is very low as the person can't think clearly.
As I said this is my opinion, I could be right or wrong.
