Golf Week Coaching Success
Thank you for the lesson during Golf Week, I have just had my best ever gross score at Brent Valley, 6 shots under my handicap. It would have been 9 if I was more confident on with the putter! Half the round was as per The Open on Saturday, rain and wind. Thanks again, Geoff Quantock

Visitors from Boston
Two of our members just returned from their trip, Jeff and Susanna Loh, and stated that the best course with the most beautiful views was Brora Golf club by far.(they played several other courses in Scotland including Golspie)

I believe they had a caddy by the name of Morris, and couldn’t have been more pleased by the entire experience.

They also said they thoroughly enjoyed the conversation they had with the Golf professional and all the folks they came into contact with at the club were very hospitable and welcoming.

Susanna in particular wishes she could live and play golf at Brora everyday and myself, Paul, Marc and Doc agree with her on that point.

Once again, I want to thank you and Shiona for the exceptional hospitality and friendship you have accorded us.

Great golf!
Hello Brian and team! We had a magnificent time playing Brora on our visit in June and wanted to say how great the conditionss were. Even the sheep and cows were well groomed ... nicely done! :-)
Thanks for a great welcome and rounds. O&B

Coaching during Brora Golf Week
I was the guy who you gave a session to called “playing in the wind”. When I returned home having been beaten up by the Brora wind, I practiced the flatter flight shot you showed me. I am now playing about eight shots better, 4 of those shots from more accurate driving! I use the flatter drive and shorter backswing and have lost about 20 yds over my best ‘full Monty’ drive, but have gained a typical 30-40 yds on my a) stalled high flight drive or b) my fading to the right drive. My ‘slice into the trees’ drive, has disappeared!!
