Transition Bewdley
In response to the twin pressures of peak oil and climate change, we have come together to form Transition Bewdley. Members of transition bewdley are from all backgrounds and professions, but are united in working towards reducing our town’s dependence on fossil fuels, reduce the town’s carbon footprint, and make the town resilient enough to withstand the fundamental changes that will accompany peak oil.

Wyre Forest Landscape Partnership
The Wyre Forest Landscape Partnership is a new body set up to help look after the largest contiguous area of ancient woodlands in England. We want to ensure that we keep Wyre as a special place for our wildlife and for people particularly by finding new ways to use the timber it grows within our local economy and community.
