Absolutely 5 minutes walk to centre of Wells as advertised, many aren't when they say this. Generally excellent value and I would come again and recommend to others. An ideal stopping off point en-route to Devon etc.

Nigel - One of the best value B&B's I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. Everything had been provided for me in my room including a kettle of hot water on arrival. Quiet location yet just a short stroll to a nice pub for an evening meal, if reqd. Superb breakfast and very nice hosts. 10/10.
