Welcome to Basildon Chess Club

We are a friendly club which of mixed abilities.  We welcome new members of any age and standard. We meet on a Thursday night from 7.30 at the Basildon Progression Centre, Witchards, Basildon, Essex SS16 5BP.

We have 4 teams in the Southend and District Chess League and one team in the Essex League.

We have a separate Junior Chess Club which meets from 5.15 to 6.45 at The Willows Primary School, Church Road, SS14 2EX.
