Elaine has been E2E co-ordinator here at Kingshurst Training for almost 3 years now. Prior to this she worked for another training provider as an E2E Tutor and NVQ Assessor.
Her hobbies include golf and bowling and she loves to watch most sports.

Although Ruth has been Skills For Life Co-ordinator for only 12 months she has been at Kingshurst for just over two years, coming from another training provider as a SFL Tutor.
Ruth is Chair of the Birmingham branch of the British Cacti Society

By far the most eccentric and creative person at Kingshurst, Lynette has been here for four years and, amongst a host of other things, runs the four-week Induction Course.
Lynette's hobbies include art and crafts, painting and garden sculpture.

Esther has been at Kingshurst for over 2 years now and, along with many other things, runs the four-week "Moving On" course where she helps students to find work, college places or training courses prior to leaving us.

Karen is a highly qualified and experienced teacher having taught in various schools prior to joining Kingshurst nearly four years ago. She still teaches in schools now by working here for 3 days per week and in schools for the other 2 days.

Keith arrived at Kingshurst in June 2007, coming from another training provider. His main role is teaching Numeracy and Literacy to the "Achievement Weeks" groups who work towards gaining Level 2 qualifications

Frank is the newest member of the team, joining Kingshurst in December 2007. Like Karen and Keith his main role is to teach Numeracy and Literacy to Level 2 standard.
Frank spent a total of 18 years in the army.
