Welcome to my collection of photos of Village Signs from around England.

I have always been impressed by the many Village Signs that can be seen around the UK, and have photographed them when possible.

           Village signs appear to be more common in the         East and South-east of England.

Most of my examples are from the East Midlands and hopefully I will discover other places that have decided to use them to promote their heritage.

A large number were erected to celebrate the Millenium in 2000, although there are older ones about. 

The villages are in alphabetical order, I hope you enjoy the many varied examples as much as I have in collecting them.
