Well it's is a person with a gift inherited from their parents and has the ability, to learn rapidly about that area of understanding. But also someone who can read and apply safety tactics, which just don't enclude Advanced and Defensive driving navigational techniques, but can apply them and teach them at any given moment in time. But also someone who has expectional mapping skills as well.

Well Road is a piece of concrete that has three layers, they are Gravel bed, stoned Top and then the Tarmac seal. Road Safety apart from that, is looking at areas of road improvement and defensive skills, that could reduce accidents. But also Road Safety Skills, can cover a whole range of things, from Hazard awareness, to drinking and driving and drugs as well and how they can cause road collisions as well. But it's such a diverse area, it's diffcult to pin point to its heart.

Well it's defensive driving skills incorporated into navigation to assist in reducing passengers mistakes, but also to have that extra help in hand and road safety observation skills as well. But also having been trainined in these extra plus skills, your helping the driver, so there's less strain because your sharing the drive in a sense.
- What's the difference between a giving directions and Navigation?
Well giving directions is a form on basic memory encoded pattern, where for example, you know how to get from home to work, because you more or less do everyday right. But the difference lies is also map reading isn't really involved here either and even if it were, that's called compass map reading, not spontaneous map location techniques, where if your lost you can get the map and put it in it's allocated location point with out needing a compass or a road sign reference. Compass map reading is were you you have the map page open already, to guide not to navigate the driver. Navigation techniques and all that incorporates all of that and much more, navigation is a very complexed skills, that only a few can do and you can learn basic navigation, but you need to learn from someone who either has a genetic gift and experience or experience and has worked hard, but the first one is more qualified in training people.
