Right to Manage
We are very pleased that following the successful Right to Manage process, our new management company Kingsdale Management took over from Firstport on 5th January this year. The RTM company and Residents Ass are all looking forward to a long and mutually beneficial working relationship going forward which will continue to see Christchurch Court as a great environment for the over 55's to reside in.
Our new Development Manager, Rachel Pearson is on site 9.30 - 2.00pm Monday to Friday and can deal with any questions.
