Notes:

* any ride info submitted here will  be posted in theRide Calendar entry on the website.

* submit info for posting as often as you like. Past info submitted will stay the same unless you ask for ammendments/deletions.

* allow 24 hours for update to website - it will happen quicker within 2 weeks of ride.

* maps and talk rounds - send seperately to IT support (see Ride Organisers page).

* You will receive a copy of what you submit each time by email.
