Guest house accommodation, outside Evanton in the Highlands of Scotland, offering hotel luxury with the personal touch.

Built in 1894, this imposing Victorian Sandstone house was a former Church of Scotland Manse set in a beautiful country location with magnificent views southwards over the Cromarty Firth. Situated as it is, it provides the tourist with an ideal base and easy travelling distance for exploring the northern area of Scotland as well as across to the West Coast and the Islands.

Major east coast rivers are within a very short drive and many of Scotland's finest golf courses within easy reach. We are ideally located for access to some of the best fishing that Ross-shire has to offer. Two major salmon rivers drain into the firth and there are a number of lochs locally offering excellent wild brown trout fishing.

Located directly on the foreshore of the Cromarty Firth, where you can enjoy great scenery. Dolphins, seals, eagles, osprey, and much more may be seen; combine this with clean air, bright skies and empty roads and you can share our little bit of paradise!
