At an EGM on Tuesday the 14th January 2025, with sadness and regret, the members of the Stirling Male Voice Choir took the decision to wind up the Choir.
The ravages of COVID and its aftermath, along with the march of old father time, meant that membership of the choir had fallen to an unsustainable level. Members felt that with their depleted numbers they could no longer produce the quality of sound that the Choir was known for.
All members, many with decades of service, felt grateful for the joy that singing had brought them. They encourage anyone thinking of joining a choir to seek one out.
