The aim of this site is to update you on the my life and my attempts at living more sustainably in an urban environment.

In December 2010, I left my job in the UK civil service. I wanted to find work that was nearer to home, more suitable to my interests and that gave me a higher level of satisfaction / motivation. I am also wanted to live in an environmentally friendly / sustainable way as possible. However, I live in a flat in Southampton and so keeping pigs was going to be challenging!
