We keep your keys safe at all times when not in use. There will be no means of identifying your property address kept with the keys the only reference being a code to indicate to us your property.
We will inspect your property on a 10/14 day basis at a random time .We run through taps plumbing, flush toilets and check utilities.
In the event of any problems compile report of any issues with photographic evidence. We would carry out emergency repairs if needed.
Be available via telephone or email on a 24 hour basis.
We attend your property on an emergency basis as required.
We can assist with holiday lets if client requests we will enter your property on our web sites and assist with advice on how to maximise your rental potential. However we do not guarantee rentals.
We can organise and manage long lettings for our clients .Contracts and bank payments are inclusive.
The removal of all linen from property for the owners or guests and make arrangements for laundering to be carried out. (If Requested)
Full Property management 250 Euro s including iva 16% per annum
RECOMMENDATIONS
We recommend that all owners have fiscal representation in Spain to assist with
Taxes .
(You are liable to pay extra taxes if you rent your property )
Utility bills should be Paid by direct debit.
We recommend that all owners be aware of the tax obligations in Spain.
Please be aware to have all insurances ,buildings,and contents.
