Welcome to the newly created and formed The Postcard Collectors Society.
Hello to all Cartologists - no it's not an illness,it is the name given to those who collect and study postcards!
The Society was formed in January 2014 and the aim is to bring together all fans of the postcard no matter what form your collecting takes.
Join in January and February and become a Founder Member!
The society will move forward after listening to what the members want from it. The Founder will make the decisions but we need your input to formulate our direction.
Whether you are just starting in collecting or have been collecting for many years all are welcome to join. We want to be the national (and international) focus for postcard collectors.
I have been collecting for a number of years and though I am not particularly collecting any one thing I do have a reasonable collection of Festival of Britain 1951 cards as well as cards of West Sussex and the Isle of Wight - our favourite holiday destination!
