I am Lorraine Young and have over 30 years of experience teaching Pilates Classes and Pilates Instructor Training in both the UK and Spain.

Along with my team of fully qualified instructors, we bring you a varied timetable of classes and 1-2-1 personal training throughout the week.

We offer holistic classes for all ages and abilities and a variety of treatments and massages. A lovely place for the community to come together for health & wellness.

All sessions at The Pilates Miracle are with a fully trained and insured instructor with small class sizes for your safety and comfort so booking is highly recommended.
