Our school has a vision which states that we are “working together to help each pupil reach their potential”. This means supporting all pupils with our continued commitment to very high quality learning and teaching and pastoral care to ensure the highest attainment and achievement for each individual. We build on the experiences our pupils have in primary school and believe that positive destinations are achievable for each of our pupils. However, we all need to work together, school staff and parents & carers along with our community to help each young person get the very best from their secondary education years. I believe that together we can achieve the best outcomes for all our young people.

Our curriculum is designed to meet the needs of our pupils and prepare them for their life beyond school. We teach a wide range of subjects in the Broad General Education of S1 to S3 and offer a wide range of subjects in the new National Courses, Higher and Advanced Higher. We also offer Gàidhlig medium education. Through Broad General Education Gàidhlig is offered as a subject and Home Economics is offered through the medium of Gàidhlig for S1 and S2. At senior level, Gàidhlig courses are offered at National 3, 4 and 5 as well as Higher and Advanced Higher. Our staff also offer many clubs and activities which enhance our pupils wider achievement. We will do all we can to build an ethos where pupils believe they can achieve their goals and aspirations.
