Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets are on sale from ticketline.co.uk, or telephone 0844 888 9991. Please note:  due to the limited capacity of the venue, we cannot guarantee all ticket agents will have ticket stock available at all times.

Is there car parking?

Car parking is available in and around Taunton

What time do the doors open?

Doors open 4pm

Are there any facilities for the disabled?

The accessible facilities onsite are for concert goers with permanent disablities or impairments as stated in the Equality Act 2010.  Broken legs, recent injuries or pregnancy do not qualify for these facilities.

Site Layout and Ground Condition

It is accessible to visitors with mobility impairments as the site is mainly level access with a few slight inclines.

Toilets:

Accessible toilets will be located near to the viewing platform and at other toilet locations.

Viewing Platform:

There is a disabled viewing platform located in the Main Arena.  It is available for use for people where necessary and the access ramps will meet Building Regulations Part M: 2004 gradient requirements. Spaces on this platform are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.  This must be pre booked.

PA 2 for 1 Ticket Scheme:

In our continuing effort to make our events accessible to everyone, we may provide those disabled ticket holders who are in receipt of the higher rate of DLA (or can otherwise supply supporting evidence of their necessity for personal assistance eg doctors note) with 1 free ticket for a PA.  Please note:  this scheme only applies to general admission tickets.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

No food can be taken into the arena area, catering concessions are open on site, situated outside in the concessions area.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

No alcohol can be taken into the arena area, bars will be open on site, situated outside in the concessions area.

Can I bring my camera?

You may bring a ‘domestic’ camera however anything deemed professional (ie with detachable lenses etc) is not allowed.
