REGISTRATION (in The Royal Hotel) – for ALL participants. Your name will be ticked off, you will be given your wristband and/or race number and you can give your donation! NB. If you haven’t registered by 12.00pm, you may lose your place! |
| 12.00pm | FANCY DRESS - anyone in a costume gather at the stage |
| 12.10pm | PRIZE-GIVING FOR ‘BEST SPLASH’ AWARD - If you come dressed up, you're in with a chance of winning this spectacular trophy! Judged by Jenny Henderson of The Royal Hotel. |
| 12.15pm | AEROBIC WARM-UP – join in with Jermaine of Salsa North fame, enjoy the music, get those muscles flexing and above all, KEEP WARM! |
| 12.25pm | PIPED PARADE TO THE BEACH - for all Splashers. Spectators, get your cameras at the ready! |
| 12.30pm | COUNTDOWN....5...4...3...2...1...SPLASH! |
| 12.50pm | MASS START FOR ALL RUNNERS - Mad & Mini Dashers |
| 12.55pm | KEEP MOVING - spectators can eat, drink and enjoy the music whilst cheering on the returning runners! |
| 1.30pm approx. | PRIZE-GIVING - trophies for 1st place Splash & Mad Dash and Splash & Mini Dash, plus medals for first three places in each Dash. |
