This site is designed for children and their parents so they can look at how an imaginary cat grows up and what happens during that time. This site also tells you a bit about farmlife and what happens everyday for farmers. I hope you enjoy learning about Ruby the imaginary cat!

This would be my ideal farm where Ruby would live.

Imaginary Ruby and her wonderful life!

As you can see this imaginary farm is quite busy! I bet Ruby would be happy if she was here.  Most of this farm is full of animals but by the house is some corn. Her friend Roxy is also imaginary except she's a dog. Surprisingly they get on very well and despite their different lives most of the time they're together.

Roxy and Sally

Roxy is Ruby's best friend amungst the rest of her many friends. They love being together. Usually Ruby leads her near the fire after a hard days work! Of course they don't both like playing with balls or chasing mice so instead they do something they both like doing chit-chat!

Sally winds Ruby up like mad! She likes to be by herself. She doesn't mix with anyone and enjoys nothing better than winding the animals up. She is snappy and unfair. Nobody likes her except the farmer she's the farmer's pet! Which makes her sly but you might think "A sly sheep nonsense!" but what I say is "Well, you may think so but, my oh my are you wrong!" she causes all the trouble round the farm she eats the farmer's crops and gets away with it and he blames poor Ruby.                                      

Ruby's Job

Ruby doesn't always lay down and relax by the fire! She comes with the farmer when milking the cows and sheering the sheep. But she doesn't stand there with him, oh no! Ruby is trained to fetch equipment around the farm.  A call from the farmer and she'll run off and get or do it.
