We keep all colours in stock but sometimes may be out of a particular colour , our stock is always being replenished and we will keep you up to date with any such instances. Please include a contact number with your order

K-REND TC15 & K1 Silicone Render Systems Delivered Nationwide .

Silicone TC 15 is a ready to use organic resin render which is applied to provide a low maintenance textured finish. It is available in different textures and a wide variety of colours. Prior to application the substrate should be primed using Primer TC. Silicone TC benefits include:
- Adds insulating properties
- Excellent handling properties
- Allows substrate to breathe.

Silicone K1 incorporates silicone technology. It is suitable for use with most render spray machines and larger projects where the speed of machine application can offer time saving benefits. Also suitable for hand application. 

The K Rend silicone range incorporates silicone water repellents as an integral part of the cement based render system. This silicone technology imparts a high degree of water repellency to the render surface whilst allowing water vapour to pass through the render allowing the substrate to breathe.
