YOUR RAMSGATE

We need to restore pride in our town, from individual households to, local businesses, multiples and, yes, even the local authorities. To many people say to me “It isn’t my responsibility to keep the town clean and tidy and smart.”  But if it isn’t whose responsibility is it? The government, the local councils, Kent, Thanet and the Town? But every penny that is spent has to come from somewhere. And that somewhere is your pocket. If we can join together to do just a little bit each day what a difference it can make. Help clean your street, clean your shop front, pick up litter even if it isn’t yours. Join with others to work on slightly bigger projects – you’ll meet new friends. Whatever you do, no matter how small, it will make a difference. A big difference.
