THE CITY OF CAMBRIDGE (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT AREA) (WAITING RESTRICTIONS AND STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2008 (AMENDMENT NO. 32) ORDER 201#
Notice is hereby given that Cambridgeshire County Council, propose to
make the above named Order under the powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and the Traffic Management Act 2004 (as amended). The effect of this Order will be to introduce the following:
Replacement of Monday to Friday 8.30 am. to 6.30 p.m. waiting restriction with Limited Waiting Parking Places operating Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. with waiting limited to four hours with return prohibited within four hours
Church Street, Chesterton - on its southwest side between points 68 metres and 103 metres southeast of the centreline of its junction with High Street Chesterton (i.e. outside no. 7 Church Street) and between points 111 metres and 126 metres southeast of the centreline of its junction with High Street Chesterton (i.e. outside Chesterton RecreationGround) and between points 158 metres and 170 metres southeast of the centreline of its junction with High Street Chesterton (i.e. outside St.Andrew's Church)
Church Street, Chesterton - on its west side between points 33 metres and 85 metres south of the centreline of its junction with Lynfield Lane (i.e. outside The Glebe House and opposite nos. 34 to 37 Church Street)
Replacement of Monday to Saturday 8.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. waiting restriction with Limited Waiting Parking Places operating Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. with waiting limited to four hours with return prohibited within four hours
St. Andrew's Road - on its southeast side between points 37 metres and118 metres north east of the centreline of its junction with LongworthRoad (i.e. opposite nos. 57 to 85 St. Andrew's Road)

St. Andrew's Road - on its northwest side from a point 8 metres southwest of the centreline of its junction with Longworth Avenue northeastwards for 160 metres (i.e. between its junction with LongworthAvenue and no. 95 St Andrew's Road)
Replacement of Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. waiting restriction with 24 hour waiting restriction
Chapel Street/Church Street, Chesterton - on the west side between points 17 metres and 48 metres north of the centreline of its junction with Lynfield Lane (i.e. opposite nos. 30 to 33 Church Street)
Church Street, Chesterton - on its east side between points 9 metres and 35 metres north of the centreline of its junction with Lynfield Lane(i.e. outside nos. 30 to 33 Church Street)
Church Street, Chesterton - on its southwest side between points 103metres and 111 metres southeast of the centreline of its junction with High Street Chesterton (i.e. outside the entrance to Chesterton Recreation Ground)
St Andrew's Road - on both sides between points 202 and 235 metres southeast of the centreline of its junction with High Street Chesterton (i.e. outside nos. 106 to 118 St Andrew's Road)
Removal of Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 6.30 pm waiting restriction
Church Street - on its east side between points 44 metres and 53 metres north of the centreline of its junction with Lynfield Lane (i.e. outsidenos. 13 and 14 Pye Terrace
Removal of Monday to Saturday 8.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. waiting restriction and replacement with Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. waiting restriction
Church Street - on its northeast side between points 74 metres and 138 metres southeast of the centreline of its junction with High Street Chesterton (i.e. outside Cannon Court and New Court)
24 hour waiting restriction
Camside - on both sides from the centreline of its junction with Church Street southeastwards for 16 metres
Church Street - on its southeast side from a point 12 metres northeastof the centreline of its junction with Camside southwestwards for 24 metres
Lynfield Lane - on its north side between points 15 metres and 70 metres east of the centreline of its junction with Church Street (i.e. from itsjunction with Lynfield Lane up to and including the entrance to Meadowcroft)
Lynfield Lane - on its south side between points 48 metres and 70 metres east of the centreline of its junction with Lynfield Lane (i.e. opposite the entrance to Meadowcroft)
Longworth Avenue - on both sides from the centreline of its junction with St Andrew's Road northwestwards for 12 metres
A copy of the draft Order and a statement of reasons for the proposals may be inspected free of charge during normal office hours in the reception area of the Castle Court building at Shire Hall. Any objections to the proposals must be in writing stating the reasons for the objection and sent to Graham Lowe, Area Manager Traffic City and South Cambridgeshire, Highways and Access, Office of Environment and Community Services, ET1038, Castle Court, Shire Hall, Castle Street, Cambridge, CB3 0AP to reach us by not later than 22 June 2010.
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 allows a person to have access to any representations and objections submitted. However, this Act does not permit the release of personal information, such as a name and address that would be exempt from disclosure under the Data Protection Act 1998.
