The condition of the planning approval (under a 106 agreement) states that the plant can only be built if Torfaen Council choses MBT as its future waste strategy. If the council decide against MBT the plant will NOT be built. We are actively campaigning to ensure that the whole council is aware of how strongly residents oppose such a strategy.
