An Innovative Idea to Rejuvenate Neath

A covered town square that would allow traffic to flow under it when need be.

It would cater for our frequent bad weather and be ideal for food fairs, day exhibitions and displays.    It is a simple and cost effective idea.    It would be near to shops and would help to promote their business.

It will go hand in hand with Neath being known as a compact shopping centre.
The right design would compliment the nature of the town.

What we want is something different and innovative in Neath - and this could be it.
