We have a 3 bedroom bungalow in high green Sheffield

Please note you or someone in your family needs to be
disabled to be able to have this bungalow !!

 if you wanted you could convert the loft into another two large bedrooms ,

with on suites

as the loft goes the full length of the bungalow
The bungalow has a walk in shower 2 double bedrooms & one single bedroom

 A  newly modernised kitchen
with a gas hob & an electric oven .

Outside has a driveway & garage 2 very large front & back gardens.
Our bungalow is in a quite village,
with 3 infant schools more or less on your doorstep
& a comprehensive school a 10 minute drive away !
There is also a chippy , Chinese , pubs , local shops ,hardware store , threshers ,vets car spares , dental surgery ,doctors. & a local park
all within walking distance
& the bus stop is less than 5 minutes walk away
& we have a train station,asda,

tesco express,

kentucky,vets,hospice shop,market day,pet shop,banks,hardware shop

to many to list !! lol

all in chapeltown if you was walking
15/20 minutes walk away

by car 5 minutes if that
Most of the houses have been bought on here
we also have 3 woodland walks to choose from
a 10 minute drive away from the peak district
with fields just 5 minutes away,

medowhall shopping centure is  about half an hour away

We have never had any trouble here , you don't even hear people walking home from the pub   

there is plenty
to do here i just love the sea more !!

wanting from Whitby to as far dawn as skegness
& from morecambe dawn to top end of wales ; ie flint llandudno
colwyn bay etc 

  we would love to have a bungalow for bungalow but i know thats not always possible so here goes

we need a 3 bedroom in any of these

house semi ,e o t  , detached ,bungalow ,

would prefer to have a garage as well if at all possible

we will accept a 2 bedroom if it has reception rooms or  a dinning room + garage

only

sorry to be picky but we do need this as i have a lot of stuff that i need to take with us to be honest the more rooms you have the better !!
