Hello i am based in the North West of England. I cover most aspects of  the personal computer, with regards to faults ,diagnosis,hardware installation,software installation,networking,file recovery,Anti-Virus ,Spyware and malware removal just to name a few subjects. I have NVQ level 2 in computer Networking and have attended numerous college courses with regards to setup and configuration of a computer and also how to fault diagnose advanced issues.

HOW IT WORKS:

If your computer develops a fault or stops working or requires an upgrade, all you have to do is  telephone me and i will come to you, it saves unplugging everything and taking it down to your local shop. I have heard many stories were people have taken there computer to the "Well Known" companies and have basically been fleeced. I work on a NO FIX NO FEE policy. I will travel to a 15 mile radius within my location which covers an extensive area. If any parts are fitted they will come with a manufacturers 12 months warranty, certain hardware but not all comes with a 3 yr warranty. 

I will charge for the time i spend with your computer no hidden extras which is explained  via telephone call.
