Living-Theory CPD/research Doctoral group
Purposes
- To enable practitioners to develop and submit, by September, a proposal to undertake a research programme to create a living-theory doctoral thesis.
- To establish a co-operative researching community where doctoral students are able to contribute to and benefit from their own learning and the learning of others in the creation and successful submission of their living-theory doctoral thesis.
At present the group comprises people from various fields working on drafting doctoral proposals to submit by the end of August to University of Cumbria or where-ever they choose. There are also Living Theory doctoral researchers and educational researchers interested in learning more about Living-Theory research by engaging in Living Theory research. Support is provided by Living-Theory researchers from various fields of practice but with a common interest.
Members of the group are variously participating in weekly group SKYPE meetings and sharing and responding to writings through email and google Drive.
The 'References and Resources' on this site is being developed currently with them particularly in mind.
