Ketu Marketing Solutions is an exciting new business providing outbound Telephone Marketing services in the Business to Business (B2B) format to help increase sales efficiency in organisations and act as an add-on to clients’ sales and marketing strategy.

Kelly Turner, the founder of Ketu Marketing Solutions is a fully trained, highly skilled telemarketer and has been working in the Telemarketing/Telesales industry for 10 years.  She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in a diverse range of business sectors including Government Funded Initiatives, Training Companies, Universities, Colleges and many Commercial sectors, such as Catering, Cleaning, Consultancy, Manufacturing, I.T. and many more.

Dealing with decision makers at Group level for National and International corporations, Kelly also boasts a qualification in Business & Administration.

Through the many years of experience in the Telemarketing industry she has helped to secure long term contracts, increase sales profits, created awareness of clients’ companies and generated more business.

Objective

Ketu intends for its clients to range from Government Funded initiatives and agencies through to National Commercial Corporations.

Ketu’s approach and the ethos of the business will be to develop mutually beneficial, long term successful relationships with clients.

We will provide campaigns that involve ‘quality’ appointment setting for Directors, Business Development Managers, Advisors and Sales reps.  

Ketu’s view is to position their business as a quality telemarketing provider, striving to maintain clients’ satisfaction and proving to be reliable, friendly and helpful.

The business will provide a variety of services which will include the following:

Market Intelligence – Gathering invaluable information, identifying the right prospects for our clients services/products and the demand for
these.  
Appointment Making – identifying and warming opportunities for clients and arranging meetings in their diaries for them to present their
capabilities in order to close a deal and win the business
Lead Generation – Establishing relationships with clients prospects in
order for them to maximise their opportunity of a sale at the appropriate
time
Surveys – Contacting the clients existing customer base to establish their views and obtain feedback so our clients can improve on their services
Data Cleaning – Clean, correct data is a very powerful sales tool and is
paramount to the success of a clients sales strategy
Promotion Campaigns – Delivering the message to clients’ prospects to create awareness of a new product/service/exhibition being launched Instead of tying customers straight into monthly contracts, we offer potential new clients the opportunity of paying for just a 10 day initial trial.  This is with a view to hopefully securing a contract thereafter.  The trial is to show that Ketu can provide an efficient, reliable, but most importantly beneficial service to our clients.

The trial time is suggested as a minimum of 10 day’s, as we feel this would be a sufficient amount of time to establish the correct contacts and information in order for the campaign to be productive.

Kelly can also offer help with administration tasks, such as audio typing, typing up of important documents to small companies who are struggling to find time to fit these in and would like to focus more on their core business.
