Welcome to the new Jubilee Court web site.  When the fourteen houses which make up Jubilee Court were build in 2002/3 a management company was formed to deal with matters of common interest to owners of properties (i.e. shareholders) in the court.  The full title of this company is -

Kerridge Place Management Company Limited

Each year the company holds a meeting to which all owners are invited to discuss anything relevant to Jubilee Court including maintenance of the communal area and the funds required to carry out whatever maintenance may be required.  At the meeting in 2009 it was suggested that a web site may be a useful means of disseminating information between owners and especially between the company secretary and other shareholders.  Hence the creation of this site.  Time will tell whether it is useful and any suggestions you feel inclined to make should be sent to the secretary either for inclusion on the site or for discussion at a meetng of the company.
