Based in South Tyneside, I offer a friendly and practical statistical service to academic researchers and health service professionals. I have over twelve years of experience working in the academic sector in the Northern and Yorkshire region providing statistical consultancy and training prior to working freelance in January 2008. I have extensive experience of study design, writing successful grant applications, data analysis and have more than 30 publications in peer-reviewed journals. In addition, I have experience of sitting on a research ethics committee, regional funding committees, and have reviewed papers for a variety of medical and statistical journals.
