We believe ... that simple, basic food hygiene skills are an essential part of any food or drink establishment that should be practiced at ALL times whether large or small when handling, preparing and storing of food.

Our aim ... is to also promote awareness of basic food hygiene practice to others at our food demonstration events and cookery classes to raise awareness of the importance  of basic food hygiene when handling, preparing, cooking, storing food/meals.
