Higham Speed Watch is one of several schemes in Kent supported by Kent Police which monitors traffic speeds throughout the County.
  Although no drivers are prosecuted persistent offenders do receive a letter from the Police reminding them of the dangers of speeding.  They may also carry out their own checks in areas where there have been a high number of speeding vehicles reported

Click continue complete form and at the bottom click on register me
