The sessions will take place in your comfort zone at home, at first, until we get you feeling set for the almighty outdoors.

Choosing a Personal Trainer is an emotional and important decision. It is therefore important that you are happy and feel comfortable with your Personal Trainer. It is impossible to know how you feel about training with someone based on a phone call.
Therefore, Foundation First Fitness offer a FREE initial consultation. This will take place in a public place giving you the opportunity to meet your personal trainer in person prior to training.
At the initial consultation you will be informed what services Foundation first fitness has to offer and what packages are available. We will discuss your current health and fitness levels and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you have.
Please note Vicki’s equipment pick for the one to one sessions will be provided. Rest assured the equipment chosen for your session will be the most effective and fun. You will be required to dress appropriately in comfortable clothing suitable for training, and have a towel and water at the ready.
