Skye 2012

June in Skye and the weather was benign and pleasant. Although this site is in praise of landscape, it would be wrong to exclude a close-up view of what exists within the land. I include here a gallery of photos taken at a remote lochan in the west of Skye where we came across a pair of Red Throated Divers who were totally unfazed by our presence. I also include a few shots of the local birdlife.
