Welcome                            

Born in Glasgow, and having lived in the Highlands for the last 30 years, I've had the good fortune to have close access to some of the best fishing in the UK.  

Most weekends found me sea fishing down the Clyde coast, fly fishing on one Scotland's fantastic rivers or heading north for the sea trout.

From the Scottish borders to the far north Highlands, and from the salmon rivers of Perthshire to the lochans of Harris, I have kept a diary of my catches.

I have also  taken notes of the tide conditions, river spates and types of bait. I hope you will enjoy my fishy tales and share some of your own experiences on my guestbook page.
