Terms and Returns Policy

Delivery  All products are posted within 24 hours of purchase Monday to Friday, via Royal Mail First Class service. If you wish to have your item via Recorded Delivery please add £1.00 to the total and indicate on check out .

If in the unlikely event that the product is faulty or damaged, Returns are accepted by  Face Facts Skincare within 14 days of receipt, for a refund or exchange .  Please email facefactsmd@aol.com within 7 days if you have any problem with your purchase. Face Facts skincare does not refund return postage.
