Located in the lovely market town of Devizes in Wiltshire I am a dressmaker who has achieved the City & Guilds Certificates in Pattern Cutting and also Bra Making and Corsetry.  I work closely with clients to create a totally unique one of a kind outfits for all types of occasions whether its your perfect wedding gown or a special outfit for an anniversary. 

Whatever your body shape I will be able to create an outfit that will fit your curves perfectly.  I have worked with post masectomy clients to create pockets in garments for prosthetics, and made other changes to garments to make them more comfortable to wear.

I have been sewing since I was 6 years old when I was taught to hand sew, I used to make all my dolls clothes and loved playing around with fabric.  I was introduced to sewing machines aged around 14 and haven't looked back since.

I made the flowers for this wedding dress replacing coloured ones with Ivory Taffeta.  The Bridesmaids dresses were made using Satin Backed Shantung in Willow.

I created the Jacket for this lovely Mother of the Bride.  The jacket is made in Embroidered Taffeta, she wore it with lovely White Linen Trousers.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This dress is in Silk Satin and Chiffon.  The highly decorated silver beaded was just the right finishing touch.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

These lovely little dresses and jackets were a dream to make, I am always amazed at how well these dresses turned out as I didn't have the girls together once during the creation process so am delighted at how the lengths worked so well.

 

Bride came to me with the Blue dress and wanted a copy made.  It was very difficult to match the Blue Satin so we compromised in changing the lace design on the existing dress to use the same on both dresses and then co-ordinated the younger bridesmaid to both Bride and Bridesmaid.
