We're a small group of therapists who offer a range of services to survivors, their families and friends. These include:

• low cost informative talks and short courses on issues such as the nature of trauma, relaxation techniques, life coaching, parenting and how to get the best out of therapy
• highly affordable group therapy sessions in which participants can work on any issue including anxiety, depression, bereavement and relationships
• private one-to-one counselling and psychotherapy on any issue including:
  • ?addictions
  • anxiety
  • depression
  • eating disorders
  • life direction
  • relationships
  • work-related issues
• private couples and family therapy on any issue.

We offer weekday, evening and weekend appointments in Ipswich and Mistley.
