Denman & Son offer full Installation services from new socket's, lights and circuits or a replacement  fuse board through to complete rewires of both commercial and domestic properties.

We also offer a complete Design and Verification service and planned and reactive repair & maintenance. 

The company also covers all areas of PAT testing and Periodical Test & Inspections as required by Law and the H&S Executive and BS7671. The company also offers Landlords Electrical Safety testing to allow Landlords to full fill their Duty of Care to their Tenants.

The company also offers advice on the current Wiring Regulations (BS:7671: 2008) and how to meet your obligations under the Wiring Regulations and the Electricity at Work Regulations, and Part P of the Building Regulations and the Landlord & Tenant Act. This is a rapidly growing area as more Landlords become aware of their Legal responsibilities.

We also provide condition reports for Solicitors, Mortgage Companies, Purchasers, and Estate Agents prior to property sales.
