Reasons people give for not being happy

  • No Social Life




It could be said that happiness and health go hand in hand.
There is no doubt that the happiness one feels is often
reflected in a healthy disposition, and visa versa.
If we have a healthy mind and body we can then find happiness
in even the simplest of things.
On a deeper level,it is possible to know happiness without
any attachment.
"Two men looked out through prison bars.
 One saw the mud, the other the stars."
       

 

 

Seek happiness, and come to know it in your life.

Happiness is a frame of mind.
That is why I advise people to enrich their inner worlds.
I believe happiness can be helped along by having some of the things we like in life. I also believe that we can achieve anything we set our sights on in this life. We are limited only by our own self image.
"Whether you think that you can, or think that you cant. You are probably right."

Start thinking about some changes you would like to make in your life.
That is the first step, and the longest journey starts with the first step.

 

Happy and healthy. If we  tag wealthy on there,  its a recipe for  a full life. Other things like relationships can flourish. We have started by doing the groundwork, so we are established in our own character. There is no disaster in someones rejection.
You dont have to wait to make a start in your new life, just pick it up and start adding to it. You will have to clear some clutter, but you can do that in your stride.
Its helps to focus the mind by making a simple list.

  • Picture what you would like in your life, write it down.

  • What changes would you make in your life?

  • What changes would you make to yourself?

 

This gives something to work with. Add on subsections and ideas as they come to you. Already your mind is starting to work  on it. The greatest asset you have is what happens in your brain while you sleep. As your system starts to digest the new line of thought, you will start to get new ideas. Write them down. They will vanish into time if you dont save them.
It will not be long before you come up with a plan. It is inevitable.
It is the way we are designed as a species.
Once the direction becomes clear, focus on it. Let it become a part of you.
No weary slog, but an absorbing interest that will open doors for you.



                                                                                                

Obesity, Weight loss, Cholesterol,  are personal, health, and social issues today.
If your weight is something you want to manage. Start here and get to grips with it. Few succeed at  first attempt, and many spend years locked in a battle to control their weight. but it can be a learning curve. With the right  Weight loss program and sound advice, weight can be controlled.

It is of vital importance that cholesterol levels are monitored, and kept within bounds. This can be a life and death issue. All for the sake of a checkup, and proper control.
General health can be kept good with a little care and attention. Give your body a helping hand by eating properly. Get more aware, and live it.
Watch your health.  
 

 

 

If you have children, or are housebound for any reason, why not join a social networking club online. It is the modern way for people to make new friends and contacts. Its surprising how many people use these venues.
Whatever you may be missing in the way of social contact is there.
Its a great way to find business opportunities, advertise, make friends, or find true love. Many are free to join, and have different areas for Business and friendfinders.
