BOOKING CONDITIONS
We do not ask for a security deposit and prefer to act on trust, just as the client does when making a booking with Daisy. However we are required to send the booking conditions for you to sign, in order that your agrement is verified.
1. We will not be liable for any act, neglect or default on the part of any person nor accident, damage or loss, injury, expense or inconvenience whether to person or property, which the tenant or any other person may suffer or incur arising out of or in any way connected with the letting or resulting from any other causes whatsoever. We advise you to arrange your own insurance to cover yourselves and your personal belongings while staying in Daisy.
2. If the booking is made within 6 weeks of letting, the whole of the rental payment should be forwarded with your booking form.
3. If the booking is made prior to 6 weeks of the letting, a rental deposit of 20% of the rental sum is to be forwarded with the booking form. The remaining balance of the rental sum is then due 6 weeks prior to the letting.
4. If cancellation is requested more than 6 weeks in advance of the letting, the balance of any monies paid, less the rental deposit, will be returned to the tenant. If the cancellation is requested within 6 weeks prior to the letting, the owner will retain the 20% deposit and also reserves the right to retain the balance of the rental should it not be possiblr to re-let the property for this period.
5. The number of people occupying Daisy may not exceed the number on the booking form, unless prior agrement has been reached with the owner. An extra nominal charge of £50 per person per week would be made and must be paid prior to arrival.
6. The tenant agrees to keep Daisy and all her fittings, furniture, equipment and other contents in or on the property, in a like state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the rental, and will make good (or arrange to make good) any damage, breakage or loss that may occur during the letting of Daisy.
7. The rental of the property includes rates, insurance of the property and electricity. The property is equipped with crockery,cutlery and bedding. It will have been cleaned by the Service Managers prior to the tenants' arrival.
8. We are pleased to allow tenants to stay as long as possible in Daisy prior to their flight home. However, they must agree to vacate the property at the agreed time in order for Daisy to be cleaned. If there was a flight delay, we would always make special arrangements for you, to minimise your inconvenience.
9. The tenants agree not to smoke nor to allow smoking in Daisy at any time. Daisy is advertised as a non-smoking property.
10. Tenants are asked to leave Daisy clean and tidy and to ensure that they do not take any belongings with them.
I will make my payment by cheque or Pay Pal for £................( payable to Mr. P Jones) as a 20% deposit of the total payment of £................ rent.
I agree to forward paymentof £.................. for the remaining balance at least 6 weeks prior to the letting.
I have read the terms and conditions attached and I agree to them. I am over 21 years of age and I accept that my booking is for the holiday period stated on the booking form. I am willing to accept the responsibility for any breakages and I will vacate the property at the conclusion of the letting period sttated on the booking form
