We are a small friendly company based in Aubusson in the Creuse  (Department 23) and from our own experiences we know how difficult it is to look after a property from a distance.

We specialise in Electrical and Plumbing work.  Our company is fully registered and conversant with all current french regulations and we carry full artisan insurance.     All types of electrical and plumbing work are catered for and our Devis are free of charge.

We also offer a full property care and maintenance service that will give you peace of mind throughout the year knowing that your property is being well cared for and will be ready for you or your guests at any time.
