A mirror shows a reflection which the brain accepts as a true image of yourself but this is not as others see you

Reverse images can be deceitful as when looking at certain images through a mirror. 

A typical example can be seen below when a keyboard player uses a mirror to show his fingerwork on the keys.   The hands appear to be reversed.

A conventional camera shows a true picture image and this why the use of mirrors for keyboard players is being replaced by video cameras and screens.

To cater for what you see in the driving mirror in your car, fire engines and ambulances have mirror text printed on their fronts.

Reflection 

Life is not always as you see it.   Look beyond your mirror to understand yourself AND others.  A word that is often ignored when dealing with others is TOLERANCE.
