1. What do I want to improve?
I think I want to improve my strategy and method for teaching because my student don’t understand in content and they don’t have attention to teacher in classroom and student have not ground knowledge so I want to improve this problem.
2. What do I feel about that something you improve and what to do? I feel that I want to improve my method to teaching for student. Because in my classroom have many problem such as student don’t attention to teacher. They are play game and internet between teachers teaching in the classroom therefore they don’t understand in teaching. I want to plan teaching for student can playing and learning in same time. I believe in this method I think that student can be happy with play and learn. In teaching technical I use to “action research” for reflect some thing with student such as to understand in subject content and they are happy to learned and some student understand in content of subject leaning was distort. I want to develop thinking learning skill and thinking skill for them.
3. What could I do that might improve what I am doing?
I expect to my teaching method can help improve student. I want to develop teaching method for student. I will plan teaching program and teaching method for developed. I want to teaching with action research to be continuing in my classroom. I want to create 2 group and compare between group which one primary member in group are understand and attention in teaching in the classroom and secondary group they not understand and not attention in classroom. Next, they must be learning biology laboratory. I want to both groups learning in biology laboratory by themselves. I will observe learning behavior between group. I expect to my teaching method can help student in my classroom and improve many thinking skill to understand in biology content by themselves.
4. As I am acting what data will I collect to enable me to judge my education influence in my professional context as I answer my question?
I use to pre-test and post-test and observe student behavior during the study. Compare learning between both groups. In this process of collect data by video tape interview and observe.

- To answer questions from class or pre-test and post-test
- To understanding and attitude
- Partner can participate to observer class and shearing idea between teacher and other student.
