Today (8/2/11) the Dovesdale Incinerator was given the go-ahead by the planning committee of South Lanarkshire Council . After a vote on the application, the decision was 14 for and 9 against....

Action Group Against Dovesdale Incinerator (AGADI) has been specifically set up to STOP the proposal for a waste incinerator at Dovesdale Farm on the B7078 / Carlisle Road, between Blackwood and Canderside, in South Lanarkshire.
